For all of you that have accounts at Artscow I have a little treat - my kit "My Back Yard" is free for the next weeks to drop into your account. Just click on "add to my kits" once you click on the link below and it will be added to your account and stay there free even when it goes back to the original price. Remember that it can't be directly downloaded to your computer from Artscow. It simply stays in your account with them to be used if you want to make a photobook or calender or pillowcase, etc.

Happy New Year Everyone! I hope that you all are going to have a wonderful year filled with promise and happiness I’ve made some New Year’s Resolutions and I’m hoping that I’ll be able to stick to them. One of them is to get more of my traditional scrapping done and spend less time on the computer. So I’m saying good-bye to Scrappity Doo Dah and Natural Designs in Scrapbooking as much as I loved both stores and all the wonderful people I met there. I am keeping my personal store which is where I will upload a kit now and then as the spirit moves me plus I have access to my personal FTP server which is nice when I want to upload a freebie. This started as just a hobby and that’s what I’d like to keep it as – a hobby. I found that I was spending way too much time in front of my laptop after work trying to meet dead-lines with uploading product and less time pursuing my other interests and hobbies. So every now and then I might make a kit for sale but for sure I’ll be uploading more freebies. If you’d like to stay connected, just fill out my newsletter thingy on the side and/or like me on Facebook.

I've just visited by blog and noticed that all of my images are now black triangles. Oh dear! After much research I've learned that the cause apparently has something to do google and the way it saves images in a Picasa album. I will have to upload all of the images I had on here which I don't think I want to do. I've been debating moving to Word Press and looked at doing that but this blog shows up first when I google and I don't want to loose that kind of indexing, so I've decided to keep it but delete all of my old posts.

If you've come here looking for an old freebie, so sorry if it's hard to find. I will try to upload all of the old links in the next few weeks.
